We will inspect the property, determine the cause of the issue, determine what, if any, repairs are needed, and provide our recommendations in writing within one to two days of the scheduled visit. FHA / HUD have very specific requirements for foundations under manufactured homes. A detailed inspection of the home, its foundation, and the site by a licensed engineer is required to provide the compliance certification necessary to proceed with the loan. Daily Engineering can provide that certification on the foundation as it stands or recommend the changes necessary to meet the standards.
