Structural Evaluation
Because due diligence windows are typically very short, when a home inspector identifies potential structural issues with a house, it can obstruct the sale. You need to get the problem evaluated by a licensed professional as quickly as possible to protect your client while avoiding any delays to closing. At Daily Engineering, our goal is to keep our response time to 48 hours or less. We will inspect the property, determine the cause of the issue, determine what, if any, repairs are needed, and provide our recommendations in writing within one to two days of the scheduled visit. We'll do our best to provide your client the information they need about the issue to determine their next step.

FHA / HUD and Manufactured Homes
Foundation Compliance Certifications
FHA / HUD have very specific requirements for foundations under manufactured homes. A detailed inspection of the home, its foundation, and the site by a licensed engineer is required to provide the compliance certification necessary to proceed with the loan. Daily Engineering can provide that certification on the foundation as it stands or recommend the changes necessary to meet the standards.
