Draw Request Evaluation
Your time is better spent working on new business rather than walking a construction site. Daily Engineering can visit the site for you and compare the physical progress to the draw request. We'll then make a recommendation as to what funds should be disbursed and any potential issues we see coming, keeping the project on track to finish within the allotted funding. We've worked on single family residences, multi-family developments, and commercial projects all over Tennessee. Our goal is to submit our recommendations within 3 business days of the draw request submission.
Cost Estimate and Plan Review
As a project is getting started, it's imperative that the construction cost estimate be reviewed carefully to insure that it adequately reflects the cost of the proposed construction. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Daily Engineering has the knowledge to review the construction documents and cost estimate to identify budget shortfalls and other stumbling blocks with the potential to cause cost overruns.
